There were only a handful of covid cases in the US by Feb 19th. I would ask them how they were affected by covid prior to Feb 19th. This was certainly before the pandemic

This leaver me open to take my time to decide how to proceed with this individual.
I grant extensions to people often, but not after over 1 year.
I just wanted to find out how lenient businesses are being with their customers during this Pandemic.
