Does Lithuania have any sort of small business administration that will help small businesses with information? If not, maybe the ice cream company can tell you how much the other vendors are buying.

Can you not buy one month's worth and then if you sell it all, buy some more?

I think 60 customers per hour 6-7 hours daily let’s say 400 orders per day so 400 cups so 3200 ounces which is about 100 liters of cream per day (my guestimation)

and €1200 of sales if it’s good ice cream, but on the rent space freezer equipment and wages and Na
marketing and buying the dairy you are looking at a few hundred euro per week which could sustain a fairly decent living wage for 1 person in Vilnius. For a family it would
need to be one of a number of jobs. Leasing the equipment and legal incorporating and insurance would take a little bit of start up cash
