Just google "targeted mailing lists" or "lead generating mailing lists". The prices of these things have come down alot, but the more specific a list you want the more that you pay per name. You should also price out a 'complete' marketing solution, to see what the cost difference are.

You have to be careful that you understand what this is going to cost, how to handle responses, and what makes the most sense. If you have a budget and advertising is part of it then you can make informed choices.
