It would help to know what it is you're trying to sell. By resellers I assume you mean distributors/bulk breakers?
Have you just invented something? Imported something? How did you get to the point of needing someone to sell without already knowing this?
The best way is through independent manufacturer's reps. I believe there is a national association of manufacturer's reps that may be able to put you in touch with appropriate representation for all parts of the US. Or you could call the type of END SELLER/RETAILER that you want to handle your product and ask them for the names of some reps that sell similar products to them.
If you're at this point do you have an idea of competitive rates and commisions?
Sorry for the trouble, but I really don’t mean to. Something happened and had to deal with it these two days. golfgod, thanks a lot for your suggestions. Actually, it’s not my business. My friend has an online store, mainly imports sporting goods. She wanna find distributors and sales reps, so she set up reseller program and affiliate program on her site. Registered resellers may enjoy wholesale prices. And the affiliates may earn 5% commission of sales.
