NEW YORK, April 16 (UPI) -- A study prepared by a major real estate firm predicts that the new World Trade Center in New York will not be fully occupied until 2037.

The New York Daily News reported it had obtained a copy of a confidential report prepared by Cushman & Wakefield for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

It's really not that much of a suprise, some buildings that big get build and never get fully occupied completely. Or when one person moves in, another moves out, and then you have a gap again. They saying that the actual construction will take until 2013, which I think is a long time, but I know that they have had alot of trouble with legal issues.

You're right. Computers and the internet have ushered in an entirely difference "need of office space" atmosphere than when the WTC Towers were first built.

A rebuilt WTC will be more of a memorial than anything.
