I know. Women in cowboy hats shatter even the oil executive wife facade, eh.
So ... are cowboy hats okay at citizenship ceremonies and wouldn't it be great if the Canadian gov't gave out white hats to all new Canadians - to be worn over and without head scarves during citizenship ceremonies, just to be sure that everyone gets what it is to be Canadian, eh?

People do realize that women wear cowboy hats, yes?
