Hi All,
Yesterday, I was calling cust svc asking about long distance question, in return, the cust svc told me that I am a good customer and therefore, they gave me a free upgrade to canada wide calling. My plan was unlimited province wide calling. After the call, I check on my account and I saw that my plan is now $5 more.
I was calling the cust svc again and asking why plan is $5 more. They told me that it is because all the plan was increased by $5 and they sent text on Feb 28 informing me about this.
Has anyone here see their plan increased for $5? Thx!!
