Hey everyone,

I am new to this board, but thought this might be the place to check first as I didn't see a previous thread on it.

I am reaching the end of my 6 month lease on my first apartment and worried myself that they are going to jack up my rate a crazy amount since the current rate for an apartment my size is almost $200 more than what I pay now.

Does anyone know if there is a rent control law that is in place for Concord, CA?

Thanks

There are plenty of Bay Area cities with rent control if desired.
