Their is a nice park at Oxnard Shores at the beach. Homes are cheap now as well I think you can find one there for under $200,000. Closer inland at the MeadowLake park many of the homes also have 2 car garages. They start at $100,000 for the homes without garages.

Bella Vista Travel Trailer Lodge in Cayucos. It's across from the ocean. I believe winter (which October would be) space rents are in the high 400's or low 500's. If you are bringing a trailer, it is a typical single wide capacity, but the spots also have a section of grass. My grandparents stay in that park every summer. While the town itself is tiny, San Luis Obispo is a great city and not far away.
