Yeppers! Young, uneducated, ignorant immigrants without language skills who will pump out millions of new anchor babies. Just what the country needs.

In case you, too, are ignorant, I paid into Social Security, monthly, beginning in 1964 and my state pension beginning in 1981. With any amount of luck I'll live long enough to collect some of your SS and your tax dollars as well.

he, he, he...

Which is why ALL social programs eventually fail. Greed is a necessary part of our psychology.

Look, the Arizona situation is all about a new voting base. Both political parties have been jockeying for position. I don't support either, buy the democrats will win, eventually.

I still believe though, that the Arizona law will be upheld in the Supreme Court.

Republicans have let the country down and should be ashamed of what they have become.

I think some of the more conservative posters on CD are a little testy today because of the court decision.
you were not even born during the Reagan years, you know absolutely nothing about the 60s, 70s and 80s except what you choose to believe.. I won't go into detail right now, but I know so much more about Reagan than you can imagine.

2] Illegal immigrates must pay a fine for living in the U.S. but also must be given citizenship

3] A "guest worker" program for Mexican citizens to work in the U.S. needs to be allowed because agriculture especially in California can not survive without Mexican laborers.

I think these are reasonable goals and easily accomplished.
There are very few who do not agree something has to be done and no one really thinks we will or can deport all illegals, even your friends ane porbably family, but there are degrees and ways to do this.

I might also add, do you, Mr KNOW IT ALL, have any idea why Reagan signed the Amnesty bill in the 80s?

If congress becomes a Republican-majority in November, they will try to undo what little has been done to health care legislation. Another reason the Republicans are called "anti-American" and there are many more examples.

Second, I have never heard of undocumented being provided health services other than walking into an emergency room when they are just about dead and being provided help.

Eagle7 can likely qualify for Medi-Cal however and that would assist him. Plus if he is a veteran he should already have pretty good health insurance.
ask my 24 year old granddaughter about that? Yes, they do get free dental care, kids anyway, no matter what they need.

When i lived in the Highland/san bernardino area (Del rosa) back in the 90s I had illegal mexicans for neighbors. They were thieves, rude & dirty. NEVER again will i live next door to a illegal family. Another neighbor did call immigration on them after i moved to redlands. At that time they had 4 anchor kids & one was in the oven. I lived their for 4 yrs & moved out shortly after they moved in the neighborhood.

I get VA medical benefits but no dental. I was at the va in loma linda yesterday & i was told i am not eligible for dental care through the VA. I was given a list of low-cost dental care providers in loma linda & san bernardino.
