You know, every city has people who like it,there are also people who do not like it.Everyone has their own reasons.
Good night.

I've you ever lived anywhere else, you'll know that what Californians consider "heavy rain" the rest of the world considers "a light drizzle, barely noticeable."

The rain season is fairly short especially in southern California and often it stops raining in early April and doesn't start up again until November or later. But there are thunderstorms during summer in the mountains throughout California though they are hit and miss and not very reliable. Sometimes thunderstorms can move westward over the coastal areas of southern California but these events are rare especially when the monsoon is weak like it has been this summer.

In San Diego it rains during Winter to Spring (not all day). After that we have a long time without rain and often without a single cloud in the sky.

Albert hammond wrote & sang that song & its one of my 70s favorite & it hardly rains in so.ca. I havent seen rain in almost 4 months. Im sick of this dry/hot climate. Listen to the lyrics of the hit song. Its happened to ALOT of "dreamers".

I find it funny how people complain that it doesn't rain much but then when it does rain, they get mad about that too.

I am a California native and many of the natives here whine about too much sun and then when there's clouds or rain, they complain about that too. lol

I never seen the snow bacause there's no snow in southern China. And I never travelled to the north China in winter,it's too cold in the north China in winter.
But unlike the rain in Spain it doesn't fall mainly on the plain!

Too cold in No. China? I lived in what was then known as Tsingtao (now Qingdao ) for two years and survived it, and I'm not Chinese. I still have pictures of me in the snow there.
