Unfortunately for Indian men, white women generally don't find them attractive. I can't think of many inter-racial relationships involving South Asian men and caucasian American women. I have seen the opposite.

Not sure if cheap and good areas go together but there are lots of girls on the beaches in Florida and trailers can be rented for reasonable rates. and there are several colleges dedicated to the teaching of law

There is an island in the New York, you might call it a “colony,”
where everything is provided for free-meals, room, medical care, tv, work-out equipment, a small "law library," etc. It has "facilities," but not much privacy. One catch is that the living quarters are very, very small and there are tons of rules. I think the name of the place is Riker’s Island.

You will find a lot of people there who wanted something for nothing; kindred spirits.

I trust, since you are a law student, you will do the proper research on this American "colony" before embarking on a trip there.

You might try Nevada, where that stuff is legal and regulated.
US laws are strict when it comes to tolerating some practices that are common in India. Much of what is ignored there, will get you in jail here, plus you could be served with a civil suit on top of any criminal actions. It might be worth your time to study the laws, history, politics and social mores of this country.
