[FONT=Verdana]I will be relocating to the "REAL" Squaw Valley (near Fresno, not the Olympic Valley Ski resort) in the not so distant future. I have been out of the country for more than a few years, I last lived in nearby O.C. in 1972. I have searched the internet trying to determine what Telephone, Television, and Internet services are available in the Squaw Valley area - My searches so far have been confusing and misleading at best - would like to hear from anyone who resides in the "REAL" Squaw Valley for any suggestions /recommendations regarding these services. An odd statement, Squaw Valley near Tahoe was named that in the middle of the 19th century, 150 years ago, probably before the one "near Fresno" as there were far more people around Truckee than around the southern Sierra.
Olympic Valley is merely the name of the post office, so designated as to differentiate it from other Squaw Valleys around the west.
As for your questions, use satellite TV and satellite internet.
