i was about to say something similar. I don't really care why the change or why one year is wetter or dryer as much as I care about it happening.

More trees then unsual are coming down. Some are a 100-200 yrs old.

Thats too bad but the rains will be over by tomorrow morning.

Rain is expected this sunday but nothing like we have had for the past few days.

The snow level is suppose to drop to 5000 feet later today. I was hoping it to drop to 2500 feet but not this time. It did snow last jan here but not much. The last decent snow fall (6") here was 11/04.

Yeah, I get those remarks too. Never mind that we have five children and six grandchildren as well as a number of friends still in CA. Guess that's not enough to "authorize" our concern for what's happening. Not even being natives of CA and having worked for and retired from the state is ample justification. Forget that it's a major source of our income and we could be impacted by its fall from grace.

I don't let it worry me!

you are right as usual, but boy does it tick me off. If people don't like what we say they can hit ignore, but last I heard, this was a public forum. Amd ues. of course we have reason to be concerned and interested in everything that happens in Ca especially a disaster.

I figure, ya'll are here 'cause your'all's forum are so dead. I have family in Nevada, and I never think of them as reason to post on Nevada, and I have family in Georgia, North Carolina and Oklahoma, and I never post on those forums, never even look at them.

Clearing here, a sucker hole in the west.

Okay... that's just gross. Granted, I have some OCD cleaning issues.. but still, that's just gross.

So much rain and I'm getting ready to build an ark.
