She was caught in too many lies. We have had enough of that.

It was a close race until the ex housekeeper fiasco happened. It simply turned away Hispanic voters or motivated Hispanic voters to go out and vote for Brown.

Bingo. That, and Jerry Brown's infamous commercial.

For me it was very simple... There was no way I was going to vote for someone who would spend that much of her own money to get the job. What was it in the end? $140 million? Or more?

That ONE thing was such a huge turnoff to me, and millions like me, nothing else she did or said mattered.

So you would prefer that special interest groups pay the politicians campaigning bills

She had plenty of capital but no political capital, savvy or experience. Nor was she personable. Neither is Jerry but he does have an aura about him in the state.

I don't care about savvy or how political she is. She was the best chance California had to turn things around and get our state on the right track. Jerry Brown is a replay of what got California on the wrong track. We have seen that movie before and know the ending.

Honestly, my preference would be for all of them to just spend less.

But the fact that she was so flippant with such a huge amount of money can't help but make you wonder how she'd handle the state budget....

And just to drive home the point, Jerry Brown spent a fraction of what she did, and he won, so it is possible to spend less.

Pretty hard to convince people that you'll be tough on illegal immigration when you have an Illegal working for you.

Regardless if the rat lied about her status.
