I'm contemplating a move to the Gilroy-Morgan Hill area.

I'm a bit concerned with housing. I've got 2 kids, 2 dogs and a cat. And a wife.

We currently own a house, which we are thinking about renting after we move, it wouldn't sell for much more than a down payment on something out west.

Anyway, I'm thinking i is going to be mighty hard to rent for all of us and not spend a fortune. My mortgage is $600 currently for a 3 story house.

Anyone have any insight to my situation? It would be possible for me to make the move and look for a place for a month or two before moving the family.

Thanks

Your question is pretty vague - what's your budget? What's your work situation? How old are your kids (makes a difference for school districts)?
