How many times do I have to ask this question? If there's something specific you would like to know please feel free to ask, otherwise I have no clue what you're asking about. I know more about the landscape of Texas than I could possibly type, I need you to stop being so immature and actually ask me a question instead of assuming that I can read that little mind of yours.

You know sport, if you pay any attention to my posts, you would know I care about two things, farming and wild land, if you care about urban spaces and urban problems or the problems of people, that is fine.

That you were unable to read the context of my question to Ryan, does not surprise me, that you cling to the people and urban stuff rather than the landscape is telling.

Remember when you told me you knew so much more about western public lands than me?

Here, I give you the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and you can't get off the pot.

37% of the Texas budget goes for Welfare, the largest chunk of the Texas budget.

I don't pay attention to your post nor do I care enough to start, you still have no specific question I see....

Funny guy, I posted the same question three or four times and you never figured it out. So let us go to one you already said you knew a bunch about, What land is California closing to public use?

And compare that acreage to the public land in Texas.

Just one of the many stories out there, a CA based eco group wants to close the Johnson Valley OHV area to public use. This article is from 2010 but the fight is still going on. That's CA residents trying to limit or remove public access to public land.

The Center for Biological Diversity wants to close Johnson Valley OHV Area | Cactus Thorns

I'm heading out for some much deserved dinner, I'll be back in a couple hours with plenty more stories just like that if you want more... I'm sure you'll just dismiss them anyway but they're still around.

There is very little federally controlled "public" land in Texas compared to states like CA, NM and UT.
