The definition of hubris: Panda Express slinging their crap in China.
Now a Chipotle's might actually work.

If the crap McDonald's, Kentucky and Subway sells in China I would bet the Panda will be well received. There is a fast growing middle class in the Urban Areas that is literally eating this stuff up. If American's will eat crappy hamburgers from McDonald's I will bet the Chinese in the cities will suck up the Panda like its going out of style.

Especially McDonald's. "Would you like flies with that?"

This is almost like what Olive Garden did by establishing a cooking school in the Tuscany area of Italy.

Panda Express is "fake" Chinese food tailored to American taste buds. The authentic Chinese restaurants have menus printed both in Chinese and English, not to mention that most of the patrons dining in them are actually Chinese.

Lunch truck has made it a "destination" site. Bet they don't serve kimchi though, so what's the point?
