I see Sacramento mentioned a lot here. But even though I have my criticisms, I wouldnt vote to bounce it. Maybe it doesnt deserve to be the capitol, but the city itself, in my opinion, ranks no lower than others of similar size. Sac could be so much better than too many close-minded natives there would like. And that has always be my only issue. Not the city.
