Default Sunrise with Lassen Peak & crimson clouds

Here's a sunrise photo from our deck-looking east toward Lassen Peak and the southern cascades. Our home is Tehama County, between Cottonwood and Red Bluff.

If you make a good living, like over $100k/yr, then I'm sure CA is wonderful. IMO it is the most beautiful state in the union. Unfortunately for the poor and middle class it's a tough environment.
