My 21yo son (who has not flown since he was old enough to remember it) is flying to Santa Barbara to visit a high school friend.

I would like to pitch in the cost of a shuttle to and from his friend's house. Have any of you used one that you would recommend? or, is a taxi the better idea?

(Hope I put this in the right California forum thread).

TIA for your advice.

Roadrunner Shuttle & Limousine Service is a reasonable shuttle

Why can't his friend pick him up? Santa Barbara isn't that big.

I once flew to SBA and didn't even rent a car at all. I actually walked to the place I was staying and used the bus and a rented bike to get around.
