I was driving down 37, connecting from I-80 to 101 in North Bay and I drove by a facility emitting huge plume of brownish-white fumes right before coming into Novato. I was on my right (north of 37), I believe in Sonoma county. It's not one of the refineries around Martinez/Benicia/etc, and it's not on CA refineries map. So, what is that?
