This is what we in free western countries call protests. It's too early to say where these protests can lead. They may fizzle out or they could be the beginning of a movement similar to the 1960's except for financial rather than social reasons.

But I would argue that this is also social at root -- not financial. It is centered around undue financial influence on our political system, and how that conditions and strangles us all. But I don't think there is any call here for punishing people for achieving wealth.

This is America. Americans want democracy -- not plutocracy / oligarchy ... and no neo-feudal corporatism.
