Send it to Virginia, they are extending the NE corridor to Richmond. That would actually make sense rather than feeding a Green pipedream here.

I saw some interesting numbers: China, which is wiping the walls with US workers, invested $300 billion; France, $175 billion; and Vietnam, $56 billion. The US might invest $13 billion. Of course, according to many of our politicians, who now enjoy record-low approval ratings, it's not investing $13 billion but losing it.

Well that's of course because nobody thinks that the person
they voted for is part of the problem. It's always everyone ELSE that's responsible for the waste and gridlock. And that's assuming we are talking about that whopping 20% turnout in the first place.
