yes it's so important that although johnny can't add or subtract he will know that some dude in the 1800's was a Homo even if nobody knows for sure he really was because they can't ask him because he's been dead for 150 years or so. Important stuff to know, it will really help little johnny in the future.

Should I even bother asking if you can show anything indicating that mentioning in a public school that gay and disabled people have always existed will come at the expense of learning math?

To carry the thought even further children need to know the color of the hair and if they are left handed.....because that is so important.

So I guess, Harry Hay can be heralded as one of the founders of the Gay Activist Movement; but no mention can be made of the fact that he was a strong supporter of NAMBLA?
