Any other Fresno County residents having issues with excessive neighborhood noise, particularly from thumping basses and revving motors?

I would be interested in communicating with those in this county who are now experiencing a loss of peaceful enjoyment of their homes because of this kind of noise. Or those who have experienced this in the past and have found a solution to the problem. It's okay to DM me if you are now dealing with this issue or have found a way to resolve it previously.

(I know there are alot of people who have opinions about neighborhood noise. Many offer simplistic solutions that don't easily work for an often-complex problem. I would like to limit the focus of this thread as much as possible to those in this area who are currently or have earlier dealt with these situations.)

I seriously don't care when people bump their music.....as long as it's at a respectful time. I live in northwest Fresno and have tweeker neighbors who bump their music at all times, especially from 1am to 5am. They are always working on speakers and rims, and cars are coming and going left and right. My brothers speakers got stolen out of his truck in my driveway....I wonder who did it? Anyways, these guys are let out of jail, almost immediately in some cases. Fresno PD gave me the best advice once after my home and identity were burglarized........next time call us to pickup the body no questions asked.
