Who can tell me about Prunedale in Monterey County based on experience? I've heard it referred to as "Prunetucky."

Its just kind of hilly and woodsy with lots of little ranchettes. Plus there used to be a lot of mobile/manufactured homes on those small acreages. Its still Monterey County and has gotten progressively wealthier over the years with some very nice custom built homes. I think the Prunetucky moniker is just reflection of its semi-rural nature and lifestyle compared to Salinas.
