I know a lot of you hate religion, especially christianity, but this man took his hatred a little beyond the bickering stage. What an idiot.

I don't know...12 hour gospel marathons? I'd crack too. Blasting music (or anything else) loud enough to disturb others is stupid and the religious one obviously knew it was a problem since they have been "feuding". Being annoying in the name of god vs porn? I think I'd take the porn.

I'm with the man that retaliated. The issue was not about porn vs gospel, but about loud disturbing noise. The music could have been classical or soft elevator music, it matters not. What does matter is that it was loud and creating an annoyance. Is there any one of us that has not experienced the blasting noise of a TV, radio, or stereo turned way up by a boorish owner? If another person can hear it at all it means that it is too loud, turn the damn thing down and have some consideration for others.

County leaders listen to noise rule proposal | Sonora / Tuolumne News, Sports, & Weather, Angels Camp, Twain Harte, Jamestown | Union Democrat

I'm not sure if TC ever got a noise ordinance passed or not. I have a neighbor who plays 70's rock a lot and leaves the radio on when he goes away. Next time it's a well placed bb gun shot into the radio.

If there is no noise ordinance or the city was unresponsive, I would probably have played uncut rap with a lot of foul language. I'd much rather have a couple of big speakers outside, not my TV.

He should not have played porn on the TV. He should have battled like with like.

Tuolumne county can get crazy at times.
A few years ago a man shot a woman and her son when they were cutting a fallen tree that blocked a common driveway. He said they were stealing the tree for firewood.

I think you can have pics taken in two places in town. The museum has a room in the back with costumes and I think there is one other place.
I do not know if anyone does tin types any more.
