The water tower in Santa Ana near I-5 used to have the town's slogan:

"The All American City"

Dunsmuir's downtown is actually a special historic district and looks quite nice. However, for the local teenagers, there is NOTHING to do.

I had never heard that one. It was always known as Lily White Lakewood in the 60's and 70's when I lived there.

Actually the more commonly used term in the rest of America is San Franfreako.

As well it is Berzerkley
