Yes, advertising for community colleges...how terrible! Who needs an educated work-force?

Food stamps, etc are only partially funded by the state.

And I don't care what percentage of food stamps are paid for by the state. We can't afford any more handouts and we can't afford to advertise it. Its not like the Federal government is in dramatically better shape.

I would be ok with that. I just don't understand why people make babies they can't afford to feed or care for.
