Where are we supposed to post things from Petaluma on up North? Doesn't seem like San Francisco would cover those in Mendocino, & Lake county or those who live even further north like Eureka or Cresent City.

Maybe this should have gone in the Admin section? I just saw that now. Any mods on that would like to move it? Thanks!

In my opinion anything in Lake and Mendocino county northward should be posted in the general California section. Anything in Marin, Sonoma, or Solano counties is a bit more problematic. Personally, I'd post them in the San Francisco forum because I consider it a Metro forum, not a City forum, but others may disagree about that.

I will mention this to the administrator, but personally feel they should be posted in general California... otherwise we'll be asked to split Northern CA, since Humboldt & Grass Valley (for example) are worlds apart. Basically the general forum is supposed to cover everything outside of the major metros, which would include the north country, sierras, foothills, central valley, etc. It would just get too confusing with that many sub-forums, and they probably wouldn't get much traffic. Anyway, I'll look into it for you!
