Yeah, about that monsoon weather? I'm feeling it. This is going down as one of the worst summers I've seen in years. I knew it would happen, though. Last summer was much too nice for it to happen two years in a row.

AHHHHH 57 right now. Whole house fan going should be about 60 in the house by 7:00am

Settling into a wonderful Diurnal temperature pattern over the next seven days. Upper 50's at night and lower 90's in the day with some delta breezes in the evening. Now that is a Summer weather pattern I enjoy.

Today's high only 85, which made that 61° DP bearable.

Ugh, don't miss those SoCal dew points. I'm sure San Diego's was probably higher.

It's only high like that during monsoon time. A few days ago it was in the thirties.

The .04" of rain recorded in downtown L.A. yesterday was a record for the date and only the third time since 1877 that measurable rain has fallen on July 11.

In San Diego, it creeps into the low 60's in June and stays there. Then jumps into the mid 60's with a few 70 degree readings by late August-early September.

I spent decades living at the beach in S. OC. After 9 years out here in the IE, I can't stand the Summer weather near the coast. I'm officially acclimated to the interior.
