What the heck? How on earth does LA county beat Orange County? lol

And...How does the city of SF beat Marin County?

There must be some affirmative action crap in the calculations.

Sierra County is first? I doubt there are 1,000 graduates in the entire county each year. Two very small high schools. Shows something about statistics.
