Erroneous... is your opinion... Since we are not debating it. I will not bog down this thread with reams of data, scientific and anecdotal... I will instead stay on topic!

Sooo, you ordered Beef?? Grass fed beef! How was it... A possible contender for the #3 best steak in the world?

---

Yes Curmudgeon, actual "beefy" flavor. The way beef is meant to taste... One can actually make beef broth with it instead of using artificially flavored bullion....

I do not know these people, Lompoc is just sooo far away. There are a number of ranches doing grass fed beef, Hearst Ranch is probably the best known.

Grass fed beef simply tastes better, Beef will cure most ills, feeling poorly? You need more beef.

No, I don't eat beef. I just noticed that they had grass fed beef which I thought was interesting given that it was a fairly cheap place.

My daughter has a bumper sticker on her Pickup Truck, "Eat Beef, the West wasn't won on salad" And that was her steak and potato on the original photo.

A salad farmers daughter!
Better trade your place in for some grazing land.... Couple thousand acers and a heard of Angus.. Make use of your horse skills..

.......
IMO those coastal grazing lands make some of the best beef and dairy. Lots of nutrients in those stressed grasses, like alpine pastured cows.. The best cheese and meat.. Best... meaning one likes flavor...

........
User, I know you do not eat beef... just poking you..

Oh, I didn't know your daughter was gay.

I rarely eat salads (its junk food, a small serving of vegetables with a ton of fat), I think its a bit cute that some people think its beef vs salad though.
