Let me guess. You're a cryptologist in government employ?

Anyway, let me help you out here a minute: ALL systems of governance have failed. Except the 1000-year-old parliment of Tynwald. San Marino is also having a pretty good run. As is Iceland's Althing. Those are all, by the way, democracy-based.

Also, the U.S. is considered an extremely long-lived continuous governance, as these things go. One of the longest-lived constitutions ever.

Umm, yeah... durrrr...

No help needed. The pendulum swings, ripples in a pool, ebb and wane... blagh, blagh...

I wrote what I wrote, because I already mastered the concept couple of decades ago...

Actually, the creep of governance is why my ancestors left country after country, and why my children, or their children, will have to move again to a different country, where there is a system of governance more suited for upward mobility... Similarly, on a smaller scale, it's why I must soon leave my home state, and head to a better place for my children.

It is inevitable, but I don't have to "like" it... Quite the opposite.

IMHO, this is why many who have left, still "talk" (complain) of California: "a mixture of what it was and what it could have been..."

More cryptographics. But good to hear you have "mastered it".

hmmm. ok...

I don't believe anything I wrote was all that cryptic, but hey... whatever floats your boat, flies your kite, lights your candle, rocks your socks, feeds your needs... ...oh wait, sorry.

Whatever makes you happy (pronounced slowly, with emphasis on each syllable)... ...non-cryptically!!!

he he, take care.
