Some of you may remember the photos I posted 6 weeks ago showing a heavily rutted trail in the Garcia Wilderness. I got a grant to hire a traditional trail plow contractor who has spent several weeks in the Wilderness working on the trail. These photos are part of the 'final' inspection of the trail work. A long and great day in the late November wilderness. Very cool air temps, but no precip. All the animals got their exercise too.

Maybe you could teach red-staters how that grant thing works. It might make them more amenable to government. One of the reasons they're impossible to deal with is they don't feel they can get anything from the public sector. This is a good example of something one can.
