I live in Northern California in a great small town, I would love to stay here but the economy where I live sucks
I would love to move to a warm environment much like where I am, any suggestions?

No. You're too vague. Are we supposed to guess where "like where I am" is? You also need to state what you can afford. Jeeze, you people and your cryptic requests.
