Seems to be more of a free market philosophy to me.

Mixed in with "we need to be able to breathe", of course.

Course I happily toodle about in my car. I am pushing for a "Drive more Prius'" campaing in SF though. Some of their dirty air blows down here.

$3.69 here in FL today.
$3.41 in TN.

That makes CA almost $0.80 more than in TN and $0.51 more than in FL.

Dang Leonard. A place in Montana is nearly as expensive as Florida. Only 4 cents difference.

It's only $3.81 here. Aren't your prices in TN rising faster than ours now here in Fresno? You seem to be up a quarter or so in a few weeks.

I'm not paying much more than where you are in Florida despite our blend and emissions controls and such.

Checking the file:

You started at $3.13
I started at $3.59

You are up .28 cents.
I am up .22 cents in the same time period.

cheapest around here appears to be $3.79. I used Costco price where I filled up today after braving a Saturday visit. I taste tested everything and had a polish sausage as well.

I declare myself the winner as you probably reported where you shop at usually the first time.

We are all being screwed.
I still believe the trash speculators are a big part in the price hikes.

We have the highest gas tax in the country here in WA, and yet I don't feel too bad reading about your prices. We filled up today for $3.69, and the highest I saw was $3.76.

OK, you win. You paid the most....wait this isn't an auction, is it?

Note' when I reported it I checked the internet for prices in Knoxville. Then later I checked for my actual area.
