Oops, bad joke... sorry. I prefer Pacific Palisades to Malibu because it's closer to LA, yet still really nice. Plus the traffic in and out of LA on PCH/1 toward Malibu really can get nasty.

Oops, bad joke... sorry. I prefer Pacific Palisades to Malibu because it's closer to LA, yet still really nice. Plus the traffic in and out of LA on PCH/1 toward Malibu really can get nasty.
