I'm shocked, SHOCKED that there's hypocrisy at work here.
Ok thanks for that. I'll have to ask my friend from Nebraska again but something is going on there I think with teachers. Something very intrusive or restrictive. Police state for sure.

As a motorcyclist, I appreciate the fact that California -- alone among the 50 states -- allows me to ride in between lanes of traffic (on my way to Safeway to buy vodka at 3am on a Sunday).

This will be ignored as if it wasn't posted. Inconvenient truth.

I'm not sure about this but isn't it also true that alcohol sold in Utah has to have a slightly lower % by volume rate? Again, I've only heard this so it could be complete BS.
You are talking about Beer sold in Grocery Stores has a fixed lower amount of alcohol (often known as Near Beer), but not other liquors and beer sold in Liquor Stores.

This is also true, in some other states, where maximum alcohol is set in places other than liquor stores.

Hell, that's my definition of being a liberal. Quite frankly, I'd add being able to relieve oneself off the front porch as another freedom that I don't have in a big city. I regard myself as an uber liberal. The only thing I'd change is, I'd rather wear boots while running in the woods.

It is quite illegal to buy alcohol between the hours of 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM. AND i doubt you would find much traffic at those hours that would in fact permit you to drive in between the lanes of traffic.

I know you were having fun with this one too!
