You confuse negativity with being realistic, and while I admittedly distain what the country has become, I support the principals it was founded under absolutely.
In addition, unless you fought the revolutionary war, you did not fight for freedom, you fought for politics and for profit.

I continue to support the proposed bill based on the health risks that will be mitigated.

And that's all I have to say on the matter.

You seem to have some problems staying on topic.

If you would like to debate JFK's assassination, I think I could spare a minute or less to hear everything you know about the subject, just start a different thread.

This thread is about the "right" to be a detriment to society.

However, if they are on drugs, drunk, disorderly, pooping in the street, screaming obscenities, camping in front of someone's home or business, they should go to a low level prison for their own sake and society's sake.
Wait, actually require they do some work for benefits????????

Nah won't "work".

It is a problem brought on by many factors from job loss to stupid Gov't regulations not to mention the occasional drug user. Fixing it will take more than this law and will actually take a massive review of more than I can write in one day. This is a feel good law for some Socialists who will not be impacted and probably a bunch of lawyers who will be suing cities. The homeless will get ......................... nothing from it.

It would be funny. Labor unions are almost all very liberal and it's liberal politicians they support - you know, the ones who have near bankrupted California.

Give the homeless any kind of job and the liberal unions will scream bloody murder claiming the "bums" are taking jobs away from real people. It's the same with convict labor which is why there are no chain gangs. And the Legislature rolls-over for the unions every time.

Well lets just say a man who lives down by the river, while his wife is living in Hawaii, and has enough income to do so. Wealthy???? Probably not. Wise use of his resources, probably so.

It got put on hold till next year. However, it should pass. Just another reason to leave this God forsaken, garbage state. Keep taking away the 2nd amendment rights of law abiding citizens, but lets give illegals and homeless bums all the rights they need. The nation will be a much better place once this pathetic state and its communist liberal politicians falls into the ocean. Learn to swim!

Tool said it, so it must be true?

Anyway, for those of you with a shred of scientific curiosity: USGS Multimedia Gallery: (Audio)--Will California eventually fall off into the ocean?
