Excellent....now you can have unqualified people with out a medical licence do brain surgery...who needs to be a citizen anyway...who needs to follow rules like - actually being legal or having the legal certification for anything...Let then fly commercial aircraft also...why not..?

Back to the OP, looks like this is really going to happen, along with the bill Brown signed yesterday allowing illegals to get a license. Why doesnt this piece of **** just come out and admit he is pandering to the Latinos because he needs their votes to carry the state when he runs for Governor again next year? Pathetic. So glad I am leaving this rotten state.
