But this just in: A morning thought. Where would Paris Hilton and the Kim Kardashian, those twin pillars of American society, be without the public exploitation of their sex lives? Life in this country would be boring indeed! I demur.

Brown has gone senile. First he signs a bill giving illegals expanded rights like the ability to sit on juries, open medical or law practices and preside over elections they cant even vote in, now he signs a bill to give them drivers licenses. He might as well just come out and admit hes pandering to Latinos because he needs their vote to carry the state in next year's election. What a pathetic piece of garbage. I cannot wait to leave this rotten state.

The difference being that was intentional, they both made millions.

It just a friggin law. Governments do make laws, it's their job. How else would someone who does this get punished? You do think they should be punished don't you? If not, why not. And how would you suggest someone take care of it themselves? Start with the fact that a guy took pics/video of his partner and spell it out for us.

I do? I didn't know that. But since you do I don't need to answer, do I?

Very easy law to skirt (like most laws in mexifornia). Permission is one persons word v another and one can claim they put the video up as art, not revenge. Its just another law, to create more case loads for the legal system, which keeps these schmucks employed.

The fact that the aclu is against it, should be your first clue that is likely unconstitutional.

'Mexifornia'? Man, what a middle-school-level redneck term... that one may go in Sac area, try saying that in public down in the Bay Area at random places and times, just for fun... good luck with the free exercise of you F.A.R., but someone with brown skin who speaks two languages my also reserve the right to suddenly share their opinion with you... as the Hell's Angels say: 'Don't let your tongue get your teeth knocked out.'

As for the legal analysis... try this lil set of paragraphs:

How to battle revenge porn? Calif. lawmakers pass law; prof sees no-nude-photo solution

After your move, you may find that the majority of those who agree with your CA 'nickname' are slumped on a barstool in a small-windowed bar, have just retired to Vallejo or are white people on parole from San Quentin... kidding, but not by much! '^)
