A great article which shows that, as usual, all the talk by conservatives about California is all hat and no cattle. But since when has actual data and numbers ever mattered to the right wing nutjobs?

California comes in third among U.S. states for job gains behind only fracking-heavy North Dakota and Utah.
*******************************
"Fracking-heavy North Dakota and Utah" ? ND is certainly big-time Oil & Gas and it's dramatic economic growth is owed to that technology, but not so much in Utah which especially in the SLC-Provo area is very much a high-tech center from what I understand, including companies with lots of high-paying jobs which found their way to Utah from California and it's
excessive regulations and sky-high cost of living ?

More than 1/10 of the entire US population lives in California. It's home to two of America's growth industries (entertainment and aerospace) and it's the gateway to Asian markets. How would any growth business NOT expect to have a presence in California?

They shoot most television programs (especially CBS fare) is and around SoCal. They also use the sound stages in Hollywood for most interior shots. The lower cost productions take place in Vancouver and Toronto.
