yes we have a few smart worms. the burning question is can they carry the other 38 million dumb lazy worms?

Yes. The vast vast majority of 38 million Californians are worthless drags on the economy and society. That's how the state got to be the world's 7th largest economy. It doesn't take a quality and diversified workforce. Just a few bookworms.
