Twain is an idiot. SF is cold if you're an Aztec. Or if you're an SF hater that dislikes the culture and needs to find extra ammo to fire at it. SF summers are amazing.

Name one major city/metropolitan area that has colder weather in summer than SF? oh wait you can't lol.

Per weather.com month-by-month averages for San Francisco:

June average high = 67, average low = 53
July average high = 67, average low = 54
August average high = 68, average low = 55
September average high = 70, average low = 55

average precipitation for those four months is .43 inches (total for the four months)
