How do lawmakers in control of CA with pure disregard for the constitution and Federal law differ much? Do you know how many CA laws put in place by liberal dictators here have been overturned in Federal courts for being unconstitutional? Look it up sometime, its quite shocking. There are dozens just in regards to gun control alone. Thats only the ones that have made it to Federal courts too, there are plenty still being processed.

What "dictators"? Do you know what a dictator is? People who throw these terms around have never lived in the Soviet Union, or under Ceausescu, or Castro, or any North Korean leader. Actually, the definition of communism is "a system of social organization in which all economic and social activity is controlled by a totalitarian state dominated by a single and self-perpetuating political party." That sounds awfully liberal to me....
