Recall him this is gov seizing private property. If was serious CAforian he would took the Prez nomination then did a miss river to Colorado river basin water project. There is no compost toilet, environment detergent, saltwater pipelines (death valley, salton sea), desalation home projects.... fundind only unreasonable penalties. There weeklies that report libs sinking startup in LA and gangslanging by gay mafia funded by tax dollars. But there is no solution only penalties and in Yucca Valley there is 400% tax increase on the guv's water boards for sewage system when present evidence of sceptic tank water contamination. Again no solutions only leftist population control/property seizure.RECALL BROWN NOW!
