Absolutely shocking post

Change is what it is, I would admit I have little interactions with Latinos in LA (As I am mostly in Santa Monica or the Hills). But I have nothing against them...

Better to be in a state with a growing population, than a failing one with a rapidly declining population (The more the merrier)
You do know with a growing population especially when it is fueled by uncontrolled illegal immigration and their births that it presents all kinds of social and economic problems, don't you? Not to mention the added stress on our natural resources. If not, then I suggest you educate yourself on this issues rather than dealing in emotional, bleeding heart nonsense.

I have been predicting this day (when the illegals and their children and grand children and great grand children and great great great grandchildren) outnumber us in California....since the 1990's when I saw how bad it was then. I was fresh out of high school in 1993 and being a good little citizen of California, I was so brainwashed with "liberal white guilt" (thanks to the educational system and media) that when I got into the "real world" I was in for a huge shock and surprise.

I'm going to take great pleasure watching California sink under the weight of the illegals and all their offspring.

- Good luck with the high state taxes.
- Good luck with the drought.
- Good luck with the marxist state government in Sacramento that hates small businesses (like myself).
- Good luck with the liberal white guilt.
- Good luck with the increased traffic thanks to the illegals. (on a "Day Without a Mexican" a few years ago (a day in May where all the illegals stay home to protest the "racist white folks who don't give them what they think they are entitled to"), it took me only 15 minutes to drive from Torrance to Downtown LA at 8am, whereas on a normal day it takes around an hour.

- Good luck to all you "temporary displaced millionaires" who live a lowered quality of life, because you think one day you'll strike it rich in this state. As someone who had a sizable bank account from 2007-2012, let me tell, it's not worth it. I was living in Newport Beach for many years, luxury cars and all the toys a guy my age could want. This state still sucked. Yes, I was somewhat "cut off" from the riff raff of the cities...but the nanosecond I got into my car and drove down Jamboree to shop at Target in Irvine, Consuela/Jose and their 15 children were right there, mucking up the quality of life.

Honest to god....you morons voted Jerry Brown (and Feinstein and the rest of the anti-American communists) into office year after year after year. His His-pandering led to this 3rd world invasion. Their anti-business draconian regulations absolutely destroyed this state. $800 annual fee for an S-Corp? Need to feed Jerry Brown's illegals somehow!

Fun fact: I know of a 30 year old lady (single mother) and she told me she came home in tears one afternoon a few months ago. I asked her why she was crying? She told me that her little daughter goes to a public school that's infested with these little illegals and the offspring of these illegals. The little girl gets picked on constantly (the little girl no hablo espanol) and she said that she's not learning much because the teachers are being forced to "dumb down" the lessons so the little illegal children can get passing grades so that the federal government will continue to give the public school funding. The single mother couldn't afford to live in a rich neighborhood like Newport (she makes around $50k/yr) and as such her daughter is getting the short end of the stick, while we're giving a free ride to Consuela, Juan and Jose...all thanks to Jerry Brown and his merry band of anti-American socialists and communists (along with a healthy dose of typical Californian "liberal white guilt")

I hope you all stay right in California and reap what you have sown.

p.s. I'm going to do my best to shut the door behind me when I leave, and will warn others in my new state about what happens when a bunch of liberals and "progressives" from California vote with their feelings instead of their intelligence.

Rot in hell, the entire lot of you.
What's the point of this post?

It's just pure hating on folks getting on with their lives.

It's official: Latinos now outnumber whites in California - LA Times
Okay, I just want to say that too many refer to all Latinos as being "illegals", which is not the case. Many are born in CA. I did not see anyone else mention this and not wanting to be uncomplimentary, however, part of the reason for populating is that Latinos appear to procreate more than others do. I am not against any race, I just wish everyone as a whole would just stop and consider what they are doing, many times thoughtlessly contributing to overpopulation. I will see very young-looking women, pushing a baby in a stroller while pregnant, as a toddler walks by her side. I know it is sort of due to their culture to do this, but this is the aspect that disturbs me and I suppose will never change.

In regards to those coming over, I thought I heard many have been deported and also, that Mexico is improving and therefore, more may remain in their country.

LA needs to do a better job of educating its population that is the core issue. Illegal or not, these folks are here now..

Stress on natural resources? Last time I drove around the Hills or Santa Monica, most folks didnt seem to be lacking in the essentials...

While I am fanatic in my opposition to increasing population, in the interest of keeping information current and truthful, I'll clarify a couple things here.

1. All first world nations, and many successfully advancing developing nations, are already experiencing birth rates lower than replacement level. This happens wherever populations receive quality education and have economies that deliver opportunity for upward mobility and security.

2. This trend, mentioned above, is also in process with many Latino countries including Brazil, as an important example because of its prior population explosion. The birth rates are also dropping fast in Mexico in the recent generation, including dramatically in the Mexican immigrant population here in the U.S., both legal and illegal. In fact the largest drop in birth rate in America is in the immigrant Latino population.

Read post above, speaking of self-educating.

All crime is illegal by definition, but I assume you mean crime committed by illegals. To that issue I would point out that, as has been covered numerous times in numerous threads here in the past couple days, it is well studied and statistically supported that immigrants commit far fewer crimes than do natural born American citizens. The rate (yes rate, relative to population size - not to total crime) difference is dramatic. Therefore: if one is concerned with crime one should focus on American citizens before immigrants.

Alright, let's see the scholar research papers, because I don't believe you!

You guys just put your usual liberal spin on it. Why would anyone want to live around millions of illegal aliens? Calif. is infested with them.
I bolded it for you. Here, I'll do it again:

Your claim that attacking the poster for wanting to move away from illegals equates to defending illegals is a blatant instance where your conclusion does not follow the first declaration issue.

Now then, it is true that the prior post to which you referred, also made a false equation, but that post was made as sarcasm. Your post was made as a statement of logical equality. It is not.
