I used to go behind the old canneries in Moss Landing, fish from their piers, catch & release some nice Jack Smelt, using squid.....

When I was coming over to fish, I usually stopped at the "Giant Artichoke" in Castroville to get an order of deep fried artichoke hearts, to go.....yum.....
